Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium for orders over €100.
Please note: products sold by resellers are not included in the free shipping offer and may incur additional shipping costs.

Processing & Shipping Days

Orders are processed within 2 business days.
Our shipping days are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

➡️ We do not process orders on Monday or Tuesday due to our own weekend (we are open or attending events on Saturday and Sunday).

All packages are shipped via DHL.

DHL Delivery Times for 2025

Netherlands

• 2 business days processing

• DHL delivery: 1 working day
  ➡️ Average 2–3 business days total

Belgium, Germany & France

• 2 business days processing

• DHL delivery: 3–5 business days
  ➡️ Average 4–7 business days total

Other EU Countries

• 2 business days processing

• DHL delivery: 5–9 business days
  ➡️ Average 7–11 business days total

Outside Europe

Delivery times vary depending on the country and may be longer due to customs processing.

Important Information

During holidays, peak periods, and vacations, delivery times may be longer with all carriers.
We recommend ordering in advance.
Any delays caused by DHL are outside our control.

Returns

Returns are possible within 14 days after receipt.

Conditions:

• The product must be in the same condition as delivered.

• The guarantee/seal sticker must remain intact.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
