Peach has been kidnapped once again and Mario wouldn't be Mario if he didn't immediately put on his red cap and set out to rescue her! The standard suspect in the case; Bowser, however, is just as surprised as he is. Dark forces are at work here... can Mario still save the princess?

The 2D display, which created such a unique atmosphere in the previous part, is completely renewed on the Wii. Flat as paper, yes, but also with 3D possibilities... Nintendo once again manages to give the gameplay a new twist.
